When not behind the grill, Eric, his wife Shannon and two daughters love to travel the world in search of the greatest golf courses around. The family also has a huge heart for mission work and giving back to their community in Northern Colorado. Hogan's Restaurant & Saloon
Water Valley’s original clubhouse bar and grill was the community watering hole nestled on Pelican Lakes Golf Course in Windsor, CO. Eric owned an operated this hot spot, until the opportunity arose to build his own restaurant we now know as Nordy’s BBQ & Grill.
Taco Bell
Eric bought the Taco Bell in Windsor, CO which was one of many that were added to the franchise portfolio he shared with his father, Les Nordhagen.
Bubba's Bar-B-Que
Father and son team, Les and Eric Nordhagen have been in this crazy restaurant business for 25 years. Les opened Bubba’s Bar-B-Que in 1992 and operated Bubba’s until 1998. Les and Eric have both owned and operated numerous Taco Bell franchises over the last 30 years. After college Eric joined his father at Bubba’s and worked for him until 1997.
